Let me look into this, not overly familiar with Issuing

I suspect that although that transaction has been approved, it's not actually taken affect on the balance yet and is still 'pending' (which isn't reflected via that balance.available event or endpoint)
but then the problem is - we will not get the new balance.available for this transaction ever
so we will not be notified that the balance is below threshold (until new transaction comes)
Yeah, according to this it should work as you expect: https://stripe.com/docs/issuing/purchases/transactions#:~:text=When an authorization is captured%2C two things happen.
But seems is it's not reflected on balance.available events
Thank you for your investigation. What should be the next steps? Is it possible to create a ticket and then track it?
