hi, I'd suggest reaching out to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with some example IDs of the failed payments.
I tried, but they are very slow. support staff said it was a technical issue and they transferred information to the tech team, but I haven't heard from them for 2-3 days. I need help asap, I'm losing orders.
Any idea why this happens, or ways to resolve it?
no idea I'm afraid and this is not something we can help with here
