i have a couple of other questions

where is your business based in? e.g. US, EMEA, or....?
are your users all based in the same region that your business is in? e.g. your business has a US tax id, and your users are all also based in the US? Or are your users based in different parts of the world?

The business is based in EMEA, Poland to be specific. Users will be based in Poland initially, but there's nothing regionally limiting in the app concept, so potentially worldwide.

Can all the bank account numbers be assigned to one "central" account? Or do the users who will receive the payment need to create and account as well?
