Just to be clear, are you writing the Stripe code here or is this all Zapier code?

It sounds like you may need to transfer that 5% of the charge to the referring connected account

Its through zapier code. Just to go through our process, we send appointments to clients via airtable and when they are mark an appointment as demo, it subsequently triggers an automation through zapier to charge them for that appointment automatically. Is there a way to send 5% of gross earnings for a particular customer in stripe to a referral partner through stripe Connect?

If you were writing Stripe code here yourself I think you could but we don't develop Zapier's stuff here so unfortunately I am not sure what you can do

If you reach out to Zapier's support they should be able to help you configure this with their system
