You could develop the tool tho', download your products and prices from the Test API, and mirror it to Production API 🤷‍♂️
Shouldn't take so much time, right ?

The complex prices are the problem, though.
I ended up putting meaningful metadata on each of them and we will just click 50+ times to move it over to live.

When you fetch product or a price you then need to carve our the pieces that the creation endpoint accepts. and that can get tricky and time consuming based on the type of the prices atached.
