Nope this doesn't exist for a single Customer, however we don't de-duplicate Customers by default. So you could create multiple Customer objects for your different balances and tie them together through their email and metadata for instance

so if I understand correctly, you're saying that I could create customer 1 for the parking ticket and customer 2 for the water bill, even if they have the exact same contact information.

They appear as a line item that credits against the invoice
