Subscription invoices are always created in draft, and then one hour later they should automatically be finalized.

yes thats what stripe says but i left it for days and it stays in draft
my account is in test right now

right now what i did is i again advances a clock and after advances to 2 days it changes status of invoice to paid

so after creating invoice user should advance clock to charge for invoice?

The invoice you shared is not in draft, and is paid. Can you share an invoice that is still in draft one hours after it was created?

Please don't make changes. Can you create a new subscription/invoice, advance time by 2 hours, and share the invoice ID?
