As far as I know, Stripe card pricing shouldn't be different with the way of entering the card number. I'd recommend reaching out to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact to double check if this is the case.

With regards to getting the fee of a payment, you may use Payment Intent retrieval API: https://stripe.com/docs/expand/use-cases#stripe-fee-for-payment

Ah I see! I was under the assumption that the card number was entered via Stripe Elements/hosted page instead of dashboard
