No worries! Ill try to provide as much relative information as possible to see if this is something that is not too difficult to do

I am creating the online ordering company using a platform called Gloriafood, which provides websites to local restaurants where I accept payments using Stripe. The API is already made and integrated to the system, so all i do a middle man is setup the account with info, and add my API-keys

After having done this i can specify percentages that i take, using their destination charge system, as i use connected express accounts for the restaurants.

The problem i am stumbling upon is there is no easy way to automate the process of creating "receipts" for the payouts. Due to norwegian laws, every business is required to have a proof of deposit in their bank acocunt

Ah gotcha. This server is actually more for coding questions so for regulatory requirements like that I would recommend reaching out to our support team.
