no, unfortunately we don't have any suggestions / workarounds on how to test Apple Pay / Google Pay from India. You would probably want to reach out to a colleague located in another country

Do you have support for testing in prod in India?
Live/production mode requires real card to be used. Stripe doesn't provide real card for testing purpose. You'd need to test with your real card including India

Apple Pay and Google Pay doesn't support in India in both test and live mode: https://support.stripe.com/questions/supported-payment-methods-currencies-and-businesses-for-stripe-accounts-in-india

You could only test Apple Pay and Google Pay in non-India account and with customer not from India.

As long as your account is India or the tester is with India IP address, it's also not possible to test Apple Pay and Google Pay in production env.

You can only test Apple Pay and Google Pay only when

1. Your account is non-India; AND
2. Your tester IP address is not from India
