Search Customer API is based on the account you used, not by the regions
If i try to use the search customer API
its throwing error

Is it possible to change the region?
Which country will you be running your business in?
I see! If it's just for testing purpose, you can change the account country in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account
If the account application has started, you won't be able to change the country.
In this case, you'd need to create a new account for different country.
