When you view the Product in your Stripe dashboard, there will be a button to Copy to live mode that you can use.

Click on the Product that you want to copy from test to live.

You'll need to be in test mode also.

Sorry, I'm not too familiar with that feature as it is dashboard-only functionality and we spend most of our time with the API, so I'm not sure off-hand.

My suspicion is that the Product ID might be the same after copying, but that the Price IDs will likely change. I would recommend doing a comparison after copying one to see how the new IDs align with the previous IDs from test mode.
