Hi, is this for a US or CA account? Which conversation are you referring in? Is it for Payouts or Payments? Is the intended behavior you expect your USD payments to automatically convert to CAD?

CA account. would be for payout

and correct, charging in usd

before it would convert directly to CAD

would like to get back to that, had added a usd acc but realized stripe's conversion rate was better

If you've moved your USD bank account, it would convert it to CAD, https://stripe.com/docs/currencies?presentment-currency=CA. Your default settlement currency should be CAD, https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#multiple-bank-accounts

Can you share an example payment that is not behaving this way so I can further review this? When did you removed the USD bank account?

I will actually make a test payment on my end when back home. Appreciate the insight! Will let you know if it doesn’t work.

I think the issue might be because you just removed it today. There are still some payments that may have gone through before the change occurred.

So probably best to add back the account, let the balance be paid out. Then remove the USD account and it should convert to CAD automatically
