Did you do this through the Dashboard or the API? Do you have a request ID or your account ID so I can take a look?

No request ID as there is no record of any of the requests in the dashboard. Happy to provide account ID but don't know where that is:)

Do you know what day you created the top up?
Yesterday and today. We made multiple requests because it seemed like it wasn't going through

And you're sure it was for account acct_15n9ZnKTXOeT140n, right? Is it possible for the top up to have been accidentally created with a different account? I don't see any indication of a Topup for acct_15n9ZnKTXOeT140n in the past couple of days (the last one I see is from november)
Yes. Same here. All I can see is the last one on Nov 14th paid on the 15th. The dashboard doesn't seem to be processing it. I've tried different browsers. No error message given. I'm concerned that $200,000 will be pulled from the account ๐ because of the multiple attempts.

Yeah, creation of a Topup through the dashboard will always be reflected as an API request made to Stripe - I don't see any API requests from that account that are creating Topups
That is really strange. We do them monthly and never have had an issue. Any suggestions?
My guess is a client side error in browser as everything seems to work except it doesn't register. I will keep a console open and look for errors. As long as we're sure none of them are pending I will try again
I just made another request for $100 top up through that account. Same thing. popup said request accepted.
Chrome browser. No red in console but it is a modal window so it might not have hooked an error if one was thrown. All seemed fine though. Not seeing it in the list.
What do you see in the networks tab?
I just closed it up. Sorry. I added the latest Chrome update I tried the $30k again. Would you be so kind as to check to see if you see the request?

Yeah as far as I know you should see it show up in the list immediately

Everything looks ok to me but I'm not privy to the correct network activtiy
But you're not actually seeing a 'topups' specific POST request to https://dashboard.stripe.com/v1/topups right? That's the part that actually creates the Topup

I think what you are referring to is the problem. Top up requests do not seem to be registereing. Been working on thins with the other agent for an hour. Can you check out what we have gone over first? Much appreciated

Huh I can't find any references of this request on your account. I don't see any API request to create a Topup with this request ID either. really strange. I'd recommend writing into our support about this as they will be able to look into it and escalate with the right team (if needed)

Yes, If you could escalate it that would be great. HAve been trying for the pst 2 days to make top up . Need to pay some folks....
Our team doesn't have the workflows to escalate this internally unfortunately, you'd need to reach out to our support team
Since you've tried different browsers already, I doubt its something straightforward.

It doesn't look like a security concern yet as we haven't heard of anyone else reporting this behavior.
However, if you want to prevent any unnecessary fund movement while you work with support to resolve this then you're welcome to take any steps you deem necessary!
