So a customer issue here, and you would want them to attempt again

That just means that 3DS is required. Since you are confirming client-side with PaymentSheet we handle this for you

At this point it is their bank declining 3DS here
So if they are having issues then they would need to speak to their bank
i don't really know she just screams at me at the phone ^^
she says , she's used to pay on the internet with 3DS, and this is the first time happening
