For a full integration we would need some way to hold the funds inside stripe.
Without that the process to handle all the providers payments would have to be manually and outside the gateway. Something we want to avoid.

We are working on the ability to support holding a minimum balance in your account before it is automatically paid out

But I can't think of another way to handle this for Brazil at this time since holding funds via manual payouts is not supported
I think the only other way would be via top-ups.
You allow funds to payout, then you top up your account with funds when ready and then transfer them immediately before they get paid out again.

Argh you are right — you can only top up in other countries to handle a negative balance. It isn't supported for Connect transfers. Sorry, forgot about that.
