it sais how to check if the account is compatible not how i can make the account compatible

we have already onboarded accounts that put their bank info, in the available it sais only "Standard"

thats why im asking how i can add the instant to the capabilities

should be compatible if it's an account in Canada, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States and it has a debit card added
