My platform is working on CUstom Stripe Flow

Most people make payments to vendor of their country therefore things are fine, but a recent customer came up with a need that he will be running the business in Japan but his vendors will be from US , and for each sold product he wants to use Stripe connect for sending money to those vendors and his vendors have a swift code and are not aware about routing number.
Can u help me guide them?
