That is what the page is expected to look like when it is loading. It should eventually fill in with the session's actual details. Does it not load in after a couple of seconds?

Sounds good thank you. Also as a heads up, I deleted that last screenshot because it looks like it has someone's actual address in it. This thread is public so we delete stuff with personal info. Instead of screenshots you can send me the URL of the dashboard page you are looking at and I can take a look at the stuff involved with that page

Unfortunately I'm not finding much more information on this call than that Stripe thought the ID there was invalid. Do you always get this error for that call or does it usually succeed?

When looking at your logs I see that this call typically succeeds, so I think you are making it correctly. Has the user double checked that they put in the right tax ID? It might have actually been incorrect here

That error is tying to communicate that the that user went through 3DS auth but their bank rejected them. So it looks like your integration is set up correctly there
