You can customize the branding, but it looks like you've already done that

The colours and logo etc

You can't change Checkout beyond that

What are you trying to do? Any use of WPForms is entirely separate from your use of Checkout

But yes to customize the appears of WPForms you'll need to work with them within the limits of what they support
