We don't usually reopen threads. Let's chat here.

Hi all, is it possible to give a 100% discount for a Plan A to a user and then when the user upgrades to a higher Plan B. The amount charged to that user should be a prorated amount?

Can you elaborate on what you mean here explicitely? Like, give a chronological step by step of what you want to happen

explaining further,
We have two subscription products we offer our customers:
Subscription 1: Plan A with cost $500 renews after a year
Subscription 2: Plan B with cost $1000 renews after a year

for the first year we are giving a 100% discount on PLan A. But whenever the user wants to upgrade to Plan B, we want to charge a prorated amount. ie the amount in number of days for Plan A minus the Plan B cost. How can I do this?

#

ie, we dont want to charge a total cost for Plan B if the user on Plan A subscription hasnt expired
