first a create in back end payment intent return a front (flutter) clientSecret and now create a paymentMethod for send info card customer for process payment

You should be using the APIs from the Flutter library to use our payment UIs, like the Payment Sheet . That will facilitate collecting payment data and create the corresponding Payment Method object
