for example, when I'm trying to add USD bank account to a custom France account, I'm getting this error

at the same time, Alternative currency docs list France as one of the countries where USD is available

yeah I really know nothing about this feature since it's not really something that interacts with code or the API directly. best to ask https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true sharing the full context and example acct_xxxs so we can look into it!
