It's only possible to transfer from US platform to non-US connected accounts. However, Brazil is not a supported country as part of cross border payout

Yes but that is my question. I already have a stripe account in Brazil where I run a marketplace where people sell subscriptions which I take a cut.

Since my company is Brazilian, my Stripe function only works in Brazil to other Brazilian users.

I'm wondering if I create a Stripe Atlas in the US, if I could use the aforementioned features available for US based platform accounts ?

I'm not familiar with Stripe Atlas as this channel focus on technical integrations, so I couldn't advice on that. I'd recommend reaching out to Support on Stripe Atlas: https://support.stripe.com/contact

If the US platform account is created via Dashboard, then you may transfer funds from US platform account to non-US connected accounts excluding Brazil, not another direction.

Funds cannot be transferred if the accounts are not connected. Your connected accounts from Brazilian account is not connected to US platform account (as it only connected to BR platform), so it will not be possible to transfer.
