Connect does not support "grandparent" models like this. You can be connected to accounts that are platforms for other accounts, but you cannot see those second-level accounts or take any actions related them

Thanks @stable crypt so in simple terms this model is currently impossible to achieve with stripe, right?

Correct - the only way this is possible is for those "business" accounts to manage the connect requests (transfers, payouts etc). ie, if you were also the account holder for those account you could coordinate those requests.

The other option you have would be flattening things to have the business and team member accounts at the same level, where you map that relationship in your own system. And then you manage the transfers etc at your platform level.
