Nevermind; it seems that the dashboard just changed, and a customer who claimed he was not receiving invoices was checking the wrong email address.

This doesn't really make sense - invoice must be finalized before they can be paid.
Can you share an example invoice ID to illustrate what you're seeing?
Sorry; I was mistaken. The dashboard simply changed: the customer history used to have INVOICE-1234 , but now it has "subscription updated", and based on the complaint from a customer, I thought he wasn't getting an invoice emailed to him.
