evenutally i just create a subscription with trial period. But what if user upgrades to PAID Membership then i dont want to charge him till trial ends.

sub_1MH0tBHF3TKtlSd4o5o2qgNw here is just a testing subscription ID. His trial willbe ended on 3 JAN. But when i go to upgrade it deduct money instantly!

I am trying to understand how this works. You said:

Let's say a user had subscribed to a free trial of premium subscription. After 2 days he updarades his premium membership to PAID.

If it's the same premium subscription, why would the user choose to go from trial premium to paid premium subscription, if the trial is still active?

i am just giving him a free trial for 14 days. But there is a button saying upgrade to PAID. And when user pressed that button it goes to checkout with same Premium Plan.Here i don't want to deduct money until trial ends.

You will need to have 2 prices for premium plan: 1 paid and 1 free. You create a subscription with Free plan limited to 14 days. If they want to upgrade, you upgrade the plan and set a trial to the amount of days left in the 14 days plan.
This is complicated though.

A much more natural flow is to have 1 paid plan. You create a subscription with 14 days trial. After 14 days the customer will be charged. If they don't want to be charged, they can cancel while they are still in trial.

You can collect it when creating a subscription with trial. The payment method will be saved on the Subscription but will not be used until the end of trial
