Stripe support Payment Link for subscription with iDeal.
However, since you are using woocommerce, then it's a question for woocommerce support.

But for the payment link i'm not using WooCommerce, I generate it directly from my Stripe dashboard

I'd much rather use that method because it is a lot more straighforward but I'm also running WooCommerce for my website

Can you share a PaymentLink ID were you don't see iDeal in the payment methods?

So like I was saying before, you need to reach out to woocommerce if you want to see iDeal in your payment method.

Okay, sorry for asking it at the wrong place, as I said I'm very new to this so I don't really have a clue where I should go; WC refers me to Stripe and Stripe refers me back to WC. But do you know if it's possible to run recurring payments with iDEAL through the Stripe Payment Link? Like let's say I (or rather WooCommerce) can implement iDEAL as a payment method, from that point, can I just start sending them out or do I need to take additional steps before I can automatically collect money from my customers who used iDEAL (and iDEAL only)

Yes that's possible! https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/integration-options#payment-method-product-support

In this case it's woocommerce that is managing your payment method (see my previous screenshot of your dashboard). So it's complately up to them to enable/disable the iDEAL payment method for you.
