Hi there, Stripe support businesses and customers in Australia.
Is there a particular payment that you want me to take a look?
The thing is, last week from thursday evening till yesterday, we rolled out stripe on our website. My management told me they saw a drop in payments vs before. They also told me there were no payments from AU anymore. Maybe I can give me the account number?
So you can check if there is something wrong with our config?
Sure you can share with me the account ID and I can take a look

I just need to go away for 5 - 10 min. Will be back after that.
https://dashboard.stripe.com/conversion-performance you can view the conversion performance in this page, scroll down and you can see the conversion breakdown where you can see region.
You mean this one? everything is 0% ...
Do you have access to reports data?
Anyway I think you should write in to support https://support.stripe.com/contact I'm an engineer and I'm not the best person to answer operation questions.

Ik can see other data in the dashboard, but that one is empty.
But great you are an engineer, because I want your opinion on something.
It would be strange, someone from europe can go through the complete payment flow, but someone from australia wouldn't. And I mean on stripe side?
Which payment is from a Australian user? can you share with me the PaymentIntent ID?
Well that is the strange thing. There seem to bee no PaymentIntent ID's from AU
But I will make sure and look for one
I found one pi_3MFjRNEzohgVwKXw0wgU5tdh
I don't see any payment attempt to this PaymentIntent, and it's current status is still requires_payment_method
So this means the person stopped in that step of the payment flow.
Yes. it's likely.
I don't see this question related to your ask.
