The thing is, last week from thursday evening till yesterday, we rolled out stripe on our website. My management told me they saw a drop in payments vs before. They also told me there were no payments from AU anymore. Maybe I can give me the account number?

Ik can see other data in the dashboard, but that one is empty.

It would be strange, someone from europe can go through the complete payment flow, but someone from australia wouldn't. And I mean on stripe side?

Which payment is from a Australian user? can you share with me the PaymentIntent ID?

Well that is the strange thing. There seem to bee no PaymentIntent ID's from AU

I don't see any payment attempt to this PaymentIntent, and it's current status is still requires_payment_method

Well since it looks like something is wrong with users from AU on our website. I'm looking to surf with an Australian IP to our website to check if something is wrong on that particular step.
