I'm not 100% certain what you mean. Some KYC requirements will need to be met in order for the account have access to requested capabilities like transfers or payments.

Express account type: To pay an individual in crypto, you need to create an Express account for them and give them access to the Express dashboard. This dashboard is where they can link a crypto wallet and choose their preferred currency.

This product is still in Beta so we can't really offer much support here I'm sorry to say.

That would be why you don't see it as a payment method on the Express account page
