Would be appreciated if there was a way. We are trying to test the 3000 usd limit on payouts to debit cards. However, might have to wait 2-3 days to be able to test it.

Is your account in the US? You can try adding money to your account balance directly, which should settle immediately and those funds can be used for payouts

Just as a heads up that it should settle faster in test mode but has a different timing for live mode
