Are you saying a document is ALWAYS required in other countries? In the US, documents are only required if the initial information (dob+last4ssn) can't be verified.

It may be required yes, I'd recommend talking to our support team as they're experts on these. Our team on discord works primarily on API integrations and won't know a ton about what the compliance requirements are in various countries + connect
There's also this tool that you can play with to figure out what information would be required based on the country, agreement and capabilities
