Can I receive payment from outside India to my Indian stripe account first and then transfer that amount to multiple USA stripe accounts?? Is this doable if cross border payments with platform+connected accounts is not supported in India? Any options available?

Unfortunately not as far as I know. At the moment cross border payouts are only available for US platforms. so sending money from an Indian platform to a US connected account would not be possiblehttps://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts

but instead of platform+connected accounts is there any other way to do it? Is direct transfer from Indian Stripe account to USA stripe account transfer available?

That would be a cross border transfer so unfortunately I don't think that would be possible.
