Generally, the SMS is sent by the bank, and only they know what parameters they use to craft the message text.

However, I would recommend to test it out with your bank to be sure the bank uses it correctly.

I should use the statement_descriptor_suffix property?
Having a hard time testing as 3ds isn't always triggered by the bank.
