To cancel the subscription after all payment attempts failed, it can be set in the dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
It is set exactly that but the subscription status is still "past_due" after 3 payment failure
Could you share the subscription ID (sub_xxx)?
Ok, it says "No more retry" after 4 attempts. But I didn't get the event customer.subscription.deleted
