By default, the language of the Payment Element is determined by the browser language. For example, if the browser is in French, then the language in Payment Element will be in French.

However, you can also set the locale when initialising the StripeJS: https://stripe.com/docs/js/appendix/supported_locales

ok, when I pass the locale parameter the text is translated well but only the "COACHBASE" is not translated why?

COACHBASE is your public business name and it can't be translated
