The error is not about your Stripe account, it's about the bank account. have you verified the bank account? https://stripe.com/docs/connect/top-ups#verify-bank-account

Add funds to your platform balance

Platforms can add funds to their balance from a bank account.

yes I have verified the bank account. And I have received a payout on Dec 01, 2022 to my bank account.
