I wished someone would read these emails that were sent to my wife
I also wished that someone read her initial ticket properly
the issue is, her account was hijacked because she has been personally attacked by someone for years... they've sabotaged her life and her business numerous times... she doesn't even remember signing up for Stripe, let alone, any information required to log into the account
she uses Paypal Merchant Services... not Stripe
this means that someone had/has been taking payments under her name... of which, if the IRS catches on, we'll be liable for the fraudulent activity that Stripe refuses to address
Hi. I'm sorry to hear that. That is a very frustrating situation. Unfortunately there's not anything we can do about it in this Discord since we just assist developers with API integrations. I recommend to keep pushing support, reaching out multiple times. I know that's not ideal, but that might be what it takes.
