Given we have a itemized payout reconciliation report: https://stripe.com/docs/reports/payout-reconciliation#schema-payout-reconciliation-itemized-5

Given that there are two transactions that relate to the same Reserve i.e transactions with reporting_category risk_reserved_funds. The first transaction is the amount being debited and the second transaction is the amount credited back.

Is there a technical reference that links the two transactions please?

I don't think understanding what you mean by "a technical reference that links the two transactions" ?
Are you asking about how you integrate Sigma report API or on the report contents? if it's about the report content, I suggested you to ask support about this they have better knowledge on it.
