Currently I'm using subscription for multiple purpose, and I'd like remove all subscription when customer detached credit card

if you want to cancel all subscriptions immediately when the customer detaches their credit card, then that's something you need to implement yourself. We don't have any built in feature for this. We do have certain settings where you can cancel a subscription when the payment fails for the invoice : https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic
