Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request Do you have more than one Stripe account? If so, did you confirm that you're looking at the correct account?

I think I know what the issue might be. It appears that you're adding these domain in Test mode. Do you have your Test mode toggled on in this screenshot?

For Apple Pay to work even in test mode, you'd need to register your domain in Live mode.
