Here is a connected account with history of payouts.
There is one payout in transit, but there is still funds (75.84€) in the "availaible soon" balance from payments transfered on Dec 9
Likewise for the account acct_1M6VPgRkt4l3BrlX, there was a payout initiated on Dec 9, but there is still €47.96 in the "available soon" bucket from a transfert that happened on Dec 8 (tr_3MCmdpDoHwm6Pk9q46cgia50).
And looking at all my connected accounts it seems to be always the case : 7 days from "available soon" to be available, no matter the history of the account, and despite the "4 day rolling basis".
