If you are using Custom or Standard they can access to thei account via Stripe Dashboard

Hey @turbid pulsar you can't really transfer funds to a Standard account like that. I would highly recommend talking to our support team instead for help https://support.stripe.com/contact
also note that you shared a real Secret API key in that picture above, so make sure to roll that key: https://stripe.com/docs/keys#rolling-keys
