Normally we don't support peer-to-peer payments between customers.
The only way to achieve this is if one of the cards is external account on Stripe Connected account: https://stripe.com/docs/connect

#

In this you need to use Stripe Connect and the receiving customer will need to have a Stripe account.

ok Vanya, If receiving customer don't have Stripe Connect account then it is not possible in stripe to acheive this?

Correct

and is there any other payment method other which provides this(peer-to-peer) facility?

It's not about the payment method. Stripe doesn't support peer-to-peer payments between customers in general. Unless you use Stripe Connect.

Ok got you, Actually, I was asking that other than Stripe is there any other payment gateway which provides this facility? without the requirement that receiving person should have an account in that payment gateway

that's not really a question we can answer here, but in general there are legal requirements to 'know your customer' to comply with things like anti-money-laundering regulations and government sanctions, so no service would allow sending money without verifying a user's identity(in Stripe our Connect product is used to onboard a user onto a merchant or lightweight account for that)
