Hi! I have tried this: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/klarna/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=checkout#test-integration

But I couldn't use the values that are there to test

When I enter into the Klarna payment and try with the values they don't work

Testing should always happen in Test mode only yes. If you test in production, then you need real information in Klarna, like create a real account with them with all your real information and the money will really be charged
