I expect that everything is disconnected, but that your platform branding is still applied to the account, and that you can recommend they contact support to reset their account branding settings

Whoops, meant to confirm my suspicion based on that -- yes you already disconnected
What's left is some residue of your controlling platform
The connection is indeed severed
The account owner should reach out to support to ask them to remove your platform's branding so that they may use their own
