not sure what you mean, Checkout is just for taking payments, how does "affiliates" factor in, what does that mean/what's the use case?

you can build it on Stripe yes, but it's not an out of the box setting or similiar, it requires a complex integration

#

you'd need to use our Connect product https://stripe.com/docs/connect/ to onboard users of the marketplace to have Stripe accounts of their own which you can transfers funds to (for them to payout) and then configure your payment code to transfer some of the payment to the account you identify as the person who gave the referral
