Is there a problem relating to bank processing if I do not provide the billing details at all?

I use Stripe for subscription and do not send any physical item to the customer, so I do not need the address or something like that

Hi,
That will depends on the PaymentMethod used, if you are using Stripe Tax or not. But you can use Stripe Subscription without providing customer billing details if you are accepting card payment for example without collecting taxs

I am using card payment and I am just interested collecting the amount of my subscription

I do not to much about taxes and if I should apply them.

but I am interested that the customer pays the subscription amount.
