Hi there, do you have a direct integration with Stripe? or did you buy this service from a merchant who is using Stripe to process payment?
If it's about a service you bought from a merchant, you should reach out to the merchant directly. We can't manage subscriptions on behalf of merchants.
I bought the product from erdens.com. I bought it with my Papara account, it's a scam, it sells free service, when I ask for my money, it says I can't pay by blocking my stripe account.
